National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has been named Top National Agent in its annual EGi Deals Competition, for the eighth time in the nine years that the competition has been running.

LSH completed over 1,500 national property transactions in 2009, spanning industrial, office and retail agency activity. In addition to retaining the crown of Top National Agent, LSH also secured top place in five other categories:

Top Regional Agency Overall - South East
Top Regional Agency – Offices – South East
Top Regional Agency – Industrial / Distribution – South East
