Acting on behalf of VA Howe & Company, the Oxford office of national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has secured a 11,420 sq ft industrial letting in Banbury.

15 Beaumont Close, part of an established commercial area close to Banbury Cross Retail Park, has been let to R&D Vehicle Systems (RDVS). Established in 2004, RDVS provides electrical system and component design services to the automotive industry, and the company is relocating from The Innovation Centre in Banbury. Having enjoyed rapid business expansion and outgrown its former business space, its new home at Beaumont Close will allow for future growth and employment opportunities.
