Entrepreneurs looking for valuable tax and wealth management advice will be encouraged to know that Moore Blatch Solicitors has appointed big hitter, David Charlesworth as partner and head of the wealth management team.

Charlesworth has over 30 years legal experience and brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, having managed his own practice which he successfully sold in a lucrative deal.

Charlesworth has held key senior strategic roles in progressive legal firms, which also led him to be the first equity partner at renowned practice Bevan Ashford, during its formation through merger in 1987.

Highly sought after for his services, Charlesworth has provided tax and financial advice to a number of celebrities, rock stars and sporting professionals including Terry Wogan and Nigel Mansell.

More recently Charlesworth was partner and head of the agricultural team at the well-known firm Michelmores and after four years in this role decided he needed a fresh challenge.

Charlesworth will be based at Moore Blatch’s Lymington office and will provide advice to clients in relation to capital taxation, wills, tax planning, agricultural and landed estates and affairs of the elderly.
