Stoke Park -- the hotel, spa and country club Resort located in Buckinghamshire -- has been awarded two AA Rosettes for the quality of its fine dining restaurant, the Dining Room. This prestigious award is for Chefs "that demonstrate innovation, technical skill and consistency to a high level" according to the AA.

The two AA rosettes supports the fact that the Dining Room offers a high standard of food and service which is consistent and where the executive head chef Chris Wheeler pays close attention to only using quality ingredients that are local, fresh and seasonal.

Wheeler joined Stoke Park in 2003. His impressive culinary background includes the role of group head chef and right hand man to Jean Christophe Novelli.

Howard Davies, restaurant and bar manager, and his team provide high quality service and are committed in delivering the best. Davies brings significant experience to the Dining Room, having previously worked in restaurants that were awarded both two and three AA rosettes.

The Dining Room, which has been awarded Top 20 Best Out of Town Restaurant by Harpers & Queen Restaurant Guide has an à la carte lunch menu and a three-course dinner menu offering modern British food with a twist, featuring the executive head chef’s signature dishes.
